Brad and Jeff get married!

So here we are.  After 10 years, we're finally ready to take the plunge! Since you're here we guess you got the date, and you're looking for some more information.  A little bit about us?  Details about the ceremony?  Hotel information?  Wow.  You're really asking for a lot.  Please be mindful that this isn't all about you.

Really though, we're honestly so happy you're coming, and we hope you stay and explore for a while.

In general we expect that this wedding will do a number of things you haven't seen before, which will be a lot of fun.  The part about two people coming together in one union will be like other weddings you've been to, except that there's no bride in this one.

So you're coming from out of town.  Awesome!  In all seriousness we're so happy that you are going to join us for our big event.  You definitely care more than the jokers that are just jumping on the subway and then going home to sleep in their own beds!

Our hotel recommendations are below - we're presenting you with two options.

1.  The Library Hotel

http://www.libraryhotel.com

First is the fabulous Library Hotel, located in Manhattan.  As you could read on their website, "each of the sixty exquisitely appointed rooms have been individually adorned with a collection of art and books relevant to one distinctive topic within the Dewey Decimal category of the floor it belongs to".  How elegant and fancy!  Check them out here:

We've got a special block of rooms set up under "Grossman and Jarman wedding block" at the library hotel.  You can choose between the deluxe room or the junior suite, both of which include:

  • *Bountiful European style breakfast buffet

  • *Selection of coffee, tea, juices, cookies, fruits throughout the day, and a wine and cheese reception between 5-8 Monday through Sunday

  • *Complimentary wi-fi

  • *Complimentary passes to New York Sports Club

To reserve a room, contact the hotel at (212) 983-4500 and ask to make a reservation under the Grossman and Jarman wedding block.  If you have any difficulties making a reservation at the Library Hotel, or you are told that there are no more rooms in the block, contact Harlan Debell at Harland@tzell.com, or at 212-340-0316.  He can also help you if you have any special requests or accommodations.  Reservations under this block will be accepted until 3:00 PM on June 2, 2014.

2.  The Holiday Inn - Long Island City, Manhattan View

Grossman/Jarman Wedding Accommodations

This hotel would also be a great choice.  It's not quite as fancy (and not quite as expensive).  You can use the link above when you register to get some really fantastic group rates which are valid for both July 18 and July 19 of this year.

This hotel is quite nice, and offers some great perks as well:

  • On site health and fitness center

  • Parking available

  • Located in Queens, just a few minutes away from the Museum of the Moving Image, which is the wedding venue!

The link above will allow you to register online for our wedding block (the link seems to work best if you use a computer and not a mobile device).  You could also call 1 718 707 3700 - just make sure to ask for a room in the Grossman and Jarman wedding block.  If you need help with a reservation at the Holiday Inn, contact Ellen Kostman at ellen@sidekickevents.com.  She can also help if the rooms are filled, or you have a special request.  Reservations under this block must be received by June 19, 2014.

We have a limited number of rooms at each location, so if you know you'd like a room you should reserve early.

Welcome!  We're so glad to have you!
